The People Behind the Work
A family business built on the belief that the best engineering comes from people who have done the work on site — and who never stop learning.
Dawid started his career in construction in Poland, gained experience across major projects in Germany, then relocated to the UK where he built a distinguished career in gas engineering, plumbing, heating and structural works. From domestic boiler installations to commercial cascade plant rooms, LP gas systems, underfloor heating and structural steel connections — he has physically designed, installed and inspected the systems he now models in 3D. He holds over 20 ACS qualifications covering domestic, commercial, LPG and catering gas categories.
Much of Dawid's exceptional construction knowledge was passed down from his father, Piotr Wnuk — now retired, with over 55 years of construction experience spanning the UK, Germany and Poland. Piotr led and managed large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects throughout his career, as well as domestic building projects across all three countries. That generational transfer of real-world knowledge — from decades of site leadership on major builds — is embedded in every model Elevation MEP delivers.
Agnieszka holds a Bachelor's degree (inż.) in Management & Marketing from the University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz, Poland. She manages all day-to-day operations, client communications, project administration, invoicing, scheduling and compliance — ensuring every project runs smoothly and every client receives a professional, responsive service from first enquiry to final delivery.
Jacob is currently studying Autodesk Revit and preparing to join Elevation MEP full-time as a BIM technician. He represents the next generation of the family business — combining fresh digital skills with the hands-on construction knowledge that runs through the family.
